Shipping

Orders ship from Vancouver, BC within 48 hours of payment (business days). Standard shipping across Canada is free on orders of CA$49 or more of merchandise, otherwise CA$12. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days; you get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.

Returns (change of mind)

You can return any item that is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was wrong or faulty.

Balaclavas and buffs are worn on the face. For hygiene, an item that has been worn, washed or had its tags removed cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned — unless it is faulty (see below).

To start a return, email hello@skimaska.com with your order number. We confirm within one business day and refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If what arrives is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid. This applies whether or not the item has been worn — it is our mistake, not yours.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia) or the Sale of Goods Act, including the implied condition that goods are of merchantable quality.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number has been issued, the return policy above applies.

Reviews

You are free to say what you think about us anywhere, including after a return or a complaint. We will never ask you to remove or change a review as a condition of a refund.
