What we collect

When you order: your name, shipping address, email and what you bought. Payment details go to Stripe; we never see your card number.

When you sign up for restock alerts: your email address and the page you signed up from.

When you use the try-on: the instant preview runs entirely in your browser and your photo is not uploaded. If you choose “Make it photoreal”, the preview image (your photo with the mask placed on it) is sent to our image-AI provider to render the result. We do not store it, and it is not used to train anything.

Basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and to keep the site working. We do not run advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments and receipts), our hosting and database provider (orders and email list), and the image-AI gateway used for the photoreal try-on. Some of these providers operate outside Canada, which means your information may be processed in another country and be subject to its laws.

Emails

Drop and new-character emails are sent only to people who signed up. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Order receipts and shipping notices are sent for every purchase.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. Try-on images: not stored.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your email sign-up at any time. Write to the address below and we answer within 30 days.
