## FAQ
- **Does it fit under a helmet?** Yes — the knit is thin and stretchy at the crown, made to sit flat under ski and snowboard helmets.
- **Will it fog my goggles?** Fog is warm breath going up under the lens. Tuck the top edge of the mask under your goggle foam so the two overlap — then breath has nowhere to go but out through the knit. Pull any mask up over your nose and stand still breathing hard and it will fog; ride, and it clears.
- **Will it slide down into my eyes?** The eye opening is bound with a stretch trim that holds its shape, and the knit grips under a helmet. Pull it on so the opening sits on the brow, settle the helmet, done.
- **Will the print fade?** It's sublimation-printed: the dye is in the polyester fiber itself, not an ink layer on top, so there is nothing to crack or peel. Wash cold, hang dry — hot dryers are the one thing that dulls any print.
- **What sizes are there?** One universal size for adults — men and women alike. The knit has 4-way stretch and fits head sizes 54–62 cm: it stretches over a big head and hugs a small one without sagging. The one exception is Rescue Pups, which is a kids-only cut.
- **What makes it 'premium'? It's a balaclava.** Fabric, print and construction. Thick thermal knit instead of thin acrylic; sublimation print fused into the yarn instead of a screen print on top; edge-to-edge artwork with seams hidden behind the head; bound stretch eye opening and flatlock seams. It is a technical layer that looks like a character — not a costume.
- **Are the runs really limited?** Yes. Each print is made once, in one numbered run — the run size and how many are left are shown on the product page. When a run sells out we don't reprint that character; new characters arrive in drops instead.
- **Is there a bundle deal?** Yes. Two balaclavas are CA$54, three are CA$75, and a balaclava + buff combo is CA$45 — the saving applies automatically at checkout.
- **Shipping and returns?** Ships from Vancouver within 48h, free over CA$49. Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned within 30 days — for hygiene, worn masks aren't returnable unless they're faulty.
- **You're new. Why should I trust you?** Fair. We launched this season, so there are no customer reviews here yet and we won't fake any. What you can check: every product photo is from our own studio shoot of the stock we ship, payment runs through Stripe, and unworn items come back within 30 days for a refund.
